Accommodations

Sleeps 6/7.  V berth with filler cushion forward.  V berth cushions have been replaced with new foam and new Sunbrella fabric. Enclosed head with vanity and shower next aft to port.  Hanging locker and storage cabinets next aft to starboard. Main cabin features U-shaped dinette to port which converts to form double berth. Opposite to starboard are forward and aft-facing seats with table between which convert to form either a settee or single berth. L-shaped galley next aft to port, sit-down nav table opposite to starboard.  Queen-sized quarterberth aft of nav station. Teak and holly cabin sole. Force 10, bulkhead-mounted, stainless steel, kerosene cabin heater. Current owner has never used the heater so can't make any claim as to whether or how well it functions. Most interior lights are LED. Holding tank has a Tankwatch system for monitoring content level. Macerator pump for holding tank has been recently replaced.

Galley

Galley features 12 volt Seafrost refrigerated ice box with freezer compartment, two-burner CNG stainless steel stove with oven, double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressurized water, and dry storage locker. Seafrost refrigeration system about 6 years old. System includes a remotely configurable digital thermostat with temperature displays. Fresh water pump for the pressurized water system has been recently replaced. An adaptor is included that enables the owner to re-fill the CNG tanks at any roadside CNG refill center.

Electrical

12 volt DC and 110 volt AC dockside power systems.  12 volt system includes two 6 volt 235 amp house batteries and a 12 volt Group 31 105 amp reserve battery. Battery selector switch. Breaker panel. Voltmeter indicates charge level of batteries. 90 amp Balmar engine alternator. External Balmar configurable multi-stage voltage regulator.160 watt solar panel, mounted at stern on dinghy davits with Victron charge controller. Controller can be monitored and configured via cell phone app. Blue Seas ACR (automatic charge relay) to keep all batteries charged without having to switch the master battery selector switch. 110 volt AC dockside system with 30 amp shore power cord.

Electronics and Navigation

Northstar 951X GPS/chartplotter, mounted on swing -out bracket at companionway. Magellan handheld GPS, mounted at nav station, with both attached and external antennas, operates both from 12 volt DC system or from internal batteries.  Autohelm 3000 autopilot which interfaces with chartplotter. Wired remote control for autopilot. Spare autopilot. Standard Horizon VHF radio transceiver with AIS reception.  Can be connected to include fog horn and loudhailer - not currently set up. Handheld Standard Horizon VHF radio transceiver. Raytheon 12 mile radar - does not work.  Antenna still mast-mounted. Datamarine knotmeter/log, depthsounder, and apparent wind direction/speed indicator. Speed indicator does not work. Wind direction indicator does work. Ritchie SP-5 pedestal-mounted compass.

Engine and Mechanical

Universal M-25 21 horsepower, three-cylinder, fresh-water-cooled, diesel engine with 2,581 hours. 90 amp Balmar alternator. Three blade bronze propeller. Shaft Shark line and weed cutter attached to propeller shaft. Cutlass bearing replaced in 2024. Old tachometer with 2,532 hours was replaced on April 27 2025.  New tachometer, installed on April 27, 2025, has 48 hours. Circulation and raw water pumps on engine have been recently replaced.

Hull and Deck

Fin keel, spade rudder. Standard 5' 10" draft.  Bow pulpit and stern rail. Maxwell RC8-8 12 volt windlass with foot switches on foredeck and remote controls in cockpit. Up and down function. 105 feet/minute with 1,320 lbs. maximum pull. Double lifelines with gates, port and starboard. Four opening overhead hatches. Four opening ports, two in cockpit to provide light and ventilation for aft sleeping area. Two dorade vents. Clamshell solar vent above head. Stainless steel folding swim ladder with plastic treads mounted to transom with larger bottom step for ease of boarding. Pedestal wheel steering. Garhauer stainless steel stern-mounted dinghy davits with solar panel mounted on top. Forespar outboard motor hoist. Outboard motor mount. Exterior teak has been finished with Cetol Light.

Sails and Rigging

Keel-mounted mast with single spreaders. Standard rig. Schaefer genoa roller-furling system.  Sail inventory includes: North fully-battened mainsail, about 15 years old, in good condition, North 135% genoa with rope luff pad for reefing and navy blue Weathermax UV shield, new in 2022, in excellent condition, North 150% genoa, needs UV shield replaced. Sail about 12 years old and in fair condition. Hood asymmetrical (poleless) spinnaker with snuffer, possibly original to boat, in excellent condition with light use. Hood storm jib, used only once by boat's original owner. May need cleaning. Tides Marine Strong Track on mast. Block and tackle boom vang. Mainsheet traveller mounted on coachroof. All lines led aft. Three line clutches. Two Lewmar #46 self-tailing primary genoa sheet winches, two Lewmar #30 self-tailing coachroof-mounted winches for halyards, mainsheet, reefing, and topping lift. Extendable whisker pole. Winch handles.

Navy blue Thurston dodger with zippered center window. Windows relplaced with upgraded Makrolon plastic. Dodger and windows in excellent condition. Navy blue bimini with window for observing mainsail and a connector piece zips in to attach to dodger. Bimini in excellent condition. Garhauer stainless steel dinghy davits which support solar panel. Forespar outboard motor hoist. Bottomsider closed cell white cockpit cushions. Charcoal barbecue grilll. Brass bulkhead-mounted clock and barometer. Edson teak cockpit table and drink holder. Combi AM/FM/cassette !!! stereo with two speakers in cabin and two in cockpit. CNG re-fueling adaptor enables tanks to be refilled at any roadside CNG refueling station. Bosun's chair. Rule 3,700 GPM electric bilge pump. Bilge pump alarm indicates whether bilge pump has cycled on. Rule electric shower sump pump. Whale manual bilge pump in cockpit. Rocna 44 lb. primary anchor with 150' 5/16" chain and 150' 5/8" three-strand nylon rode. Two Danforth anchors with chain and rode. 25' snubber bridle with Mantus chain hook. Davis Mega-light utility light (automatically turns on at dusk and off at dawn. Handheld wired spotlight. Four fenders. Assorted docklines. Assorted PFD's. Three fire extinguishers. Radar reflector. Flares. 25 mm offshore high performance flare gun with expired flares. Orion Electronic SOS Beacon kit (meets all current Coast Guard requirements for visual distress signals). Older ACR 121.5 mhz Class B EPIRB (older but appears to function). Emergency tiller.
