This Catalina 34 is a sloop rig, spade rudder, keel stepped mast and has the optional wing keel that provides you with the more shallow draft of 4’02”.  She is nicely laid out teak trimmed interior with an aft cabin with a double berth, forward V-berth, salon with U-shaped settee that converts to a double, port side settee that sleeps one, galley, nav station and head.  Her galley has a stovetop, oven, double SS sink, refrigerated ice box and storage.  The head is located port side next to the entry ladder and has a marine head, sink, storage and a pull-out shower.  Electronics include VHF radio, Raymarine DF, Wind indicator and autopilot.  She has shore power, dodger and bimini.  Sail inventory is a Main and a roller furling Genoa, both in fair condition.  Her auxiliary power is a 23 HP Universal Diesel 25XP with 800 hours.
