"Pipe Dream" is a sloop rig, in mast furling main and a 125% furling jib and she carries an Asy Spinnaker. Powered by a Universal 26 hp. The Capitan is covered by Standard Horizon CP300 Chartplotter / Autopilot / Knot-Depth-Wind. The Admiral fines full amenities below with full galley, Cruise BTU Heat/Air, and a very comfortable salon and queen centerline forward berth stateroom . The Catalina 310 features a forward queen centerline berth with innerspring mattress, ample storage and drawers and lockers as well as excellent lighting and ventilation provided by a large overhead hatch. The salon features a settee to starboard and a "L" shape dinette settee to port with a small cocktail table, which can be easily converted to a larger dining table which is stored in the aft berth. A well equipped galley is aft to starboard of the companionway. Directly aft of the galley is a functional Nav station and access to a large double athwartship berth . Adjacent to the galley is a large head with shower.
