1983 CATALINA 30! READY TO SAIL! AUTOPILOT!

1983 Catalina 30/SL in nice condition.

The boat comes with a jump box and extra items. The boat is equipped with an emergency position indicating radio beacon (Global Fix)

It can comfortably sleep four but is rated to sleep six. All cushions and covers are newer and are just over 6 months old and are all in excellent condition.

The sails are in great shape and are 4 years old and the mainsail has one reef. The boat has two 2 speed winches for the jib sheet.

This sailboat is equipped with autopilot. The diesel engine is very clean and starts right up easily and runs smoothly according to the seller. The steering cables were replaced four years ago. The house battery was replaced in October of 2022 and the boat has an electric bilge pump as well as a manual bilge pump.

The boat is equipped with two freshwater tanks. Two new solar vents were installed in August of 2023.

This boat does not have a shower, oven, or refrigerator. The boat feels very solid and has been well cared for.

The current docked location has a bath-house and current slip is available to rent. The boat is used often and has sailed the Chesapeake Bay many times.
