2001 53' Carver 530 Voyager Pilothouse "ABOUT TIME III"
This LLC owned Carver 530 Voyager has been beautifully maintained and in 2023 the owners spent tens of thousands of dollars on upgrades which included camera, underwater lights, new 10' Achilles RIB with deluxe seat, canopy & 20 HP outboard motor, Custom VIP mattresses and the list goes on! All done in preparation for extended cruising. Unfortunately health has prevented them from pursuing that dream and she is therefore being offered at this incredibly low price.
ABOUT TIME III represents the epitome of luxury cruising with her advanced engineering and beautiful styling.
Above deck there is the room and comfort only paralleled on larger yachts. The flybridge sports a large dinette with seating for eight, a wet bar and an afterdeck with a crane lift for the dinghy.
She is a three-stateroom vessel with a luxurious feel throughout. Call for an immediate appointment to inspect for yourself.
From the cockpit one enters the main salon through a sliding door framed with polished stainless steel. The salon is a light and open space with an L-shaped couch with new upholstery (9/23) along the starboard and aft side. Aft to port is an entertainment center with a 36" color TV and a liquor cabinet under. Moving forward to port is an easy chair U-shaped gourmet galley. The cherry wood joinery work is beautiful throughout.
The pilothouse is forward of the salon and provides an extension of the open space with an L shaped settee to port and an extremely comfortable electrically controlled helm chair forward. Aft of the pilothouse are steps leading up to the flybridge that features a double helm seat forward to port followed by a spacious U-shaped settee with table. While to starboard there is a wet bar with a Norcold refrigerator
From the salon, a curved companionway on the starboard side takes you down to the three staterooms below.
The Master stateroom with walkaround queen berth aft to starboard with an abundance of hanging lockers and storage, a 40" Samsung TV, a vanity with separate enclosed head and shower on either side of the vanity. The VIP guest stateroom is forward with a centerline walkaround queen-size berth, hanging locker, storage and a private entrance to the enclosed head with shower. The second guest room with over and under berths is located to port. All mattresses are plush and new in March 2023.
