Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a generous 15-foot beam, the 440 Aft Cabin is a big boat on the inside. Boasting an unusually spacious salon, two double staterooms, two heads both with separate stall showers and a convertible U-shaped dinette, the 440 can sleep up to eight adults. They are excellent candidates for the Great Loop.
All systems are fully operational and this boat is in excellent cosmetic condition. Currently moored in Racine WI.
2023 updates include: Navico NAC3 / AP44 auto-pilot, fresh water and holding tanks, salon smart TV and audio, 400W solar panels, premium inner spring master stateroom mattress, upholstery and carpet dinette area, ice maker, heavy duty anchor with 300 ft of chain, props, and bottom job including sand blasting, 2 layers of barrier coat and 2 layers of antifouling.
