This 30' Cape Dory 1982 is in excellent condition and has been extremely well-maintained throughout the years. The current Seller has only owned the boat for two years and unfortunately has moved back to Ohio. The previous owner owned the boat for 35 years and would sail from Connecticut to Maine and harbors in between. Comfortable cruising sailboat that always turns heads when she sails into an anchorage. Though she is a cutter rigged sailboat, she is sailed as a sloop. Waxed and bottom painted yearly. This boat is a "Must See" Bring Offers!
