  • 2017 new Xantrex battery monitor.
  • 2023 new matched pair of 4D Lifeline AGM batteries 400 AH total.
  • Separate dedicated lead-acid starting battery.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Higher spec’d model with full teak interior and separate stall shower. Sleeps six in three cabins (a true aft cabin with door that closes off the nav and aft double bunk. Vee berth in the forward cabin with custom 2012 8” Tempurpedic memory foam covered in attractive navy blue fabric by Fortune in Portland, ME. Custom teak trimmed screens for both hatches and companionway. Hanging locker (cedar), storage cabinets and shelves outboard. Next aft in the main cabin there is a centerline folding teak dining table (recently refinished) with L-shaped settees to port and straight settees to starboard with outboard teak cabinets. 2023 new Sunbrella settee cushions port and starboard. Teak and holly sole (galley/aft cabin sole refinished in 2016). To port is a large U-shaped galley and ample cabinets and lockers. The galley is equipped with a gimballed three burner propane stove and oven, double s/s sinks, large icebox, , manual pump for saltwater, cupboards and drawers for storage, dishes, and silverware. 2017 new aluminum propane tank. To starboard is a new 2013 marine head with new 2017 head pump, 2017 hoses and y-valve and 2017 custom fiberglass (larger 39 gallon) holding tank. Head-sink with hot and cold pressure water, storage and separate stall shower with door. Shower has been disconnected and is being used as work shop,. Aft cabin has a double quarter berth to port with storage areas. To starboard is a nav area, chart table with seat, drawers, red nav light and 2017 USB charging outlet. Over the last few years, the pumps (water, deck wash, and shower sump) have been replaced.
