After two wonderful years of ownership, we've made the difficult decision to sell our beloved Olivia Grace. As our family grows, we've decided to take a break from boat ownership. (from the owners)
This is not your average C&C 38 Landfall.
Olivia Grace has undergone a comprehensive, no-expense-spared restoration over two - three years. Every project was professionally completed with the intention of creating a safe, dependable, offshore-capable cruising yacht that could confidently sail anywhere.
Nearly every system onboard has been replaced, rebuilt, or upgraded. The interior was completely removed and rebuilt, all deck hardware was removed and properly rebedded, new tanks and plumbing were fabricated and installed, the electrical system was completely replaced, and a new Yanmar diesel was installed. No area of the boat was overlooked.
She is truly a turnkey cruising yacht that requires nothing but provisions and a destination.
