This is a Ted Brewer designed ketch originally built for the Dupont family and built in Pa.. Current owner has professionally restored this custom ketch . He began his restoration in 2009 , since spent a few years seasonally cruising in Maryland, and recently arrived for sale in Florida.
Seller motivated, buying a larger trimaran.
Extremly spacious for its size , tons of storage, sails appear in good condition, 2011 Merc outboard with warrantee, woodworking very nicely finished. Original engine rebuilt, but not operable (seller states it needs a crank seal).
