The Boston Whaler 28 Outrage is 28 feet (30.4" LOA) of fearless offshore fishing machine. This boat has practically everything needed to go far out, fish all day and stay the night. There is a lot of fishing space in the cockpit thanks to her generous 10 foot beam; and wide walkways provide easy passage to the bow with its bench seat, anchor locker, and bow pulpit. Whaler’s engineers would be hard pressed to improve the ergonomics of the helm station. Adjustable, heavily padded seats double as leaning-post bolsters.  With ideal distances to controls, perfectly angled footrest and generous handholds, this helm station works extremely well. The hardtop provides superb handhold for passengers who ride standing behind the helmsman and it supports additional rod holders, raise the outriggers up off the gunwales.

Fishing amenities include a 30 gallon above deck re-circulating live well, two in deck fish boxes, eight flush-mounted rod holders, a bait prep station with two sinks, tackle drawers, fresh and raw water wash downs and a transom door. The helm seat sits atop a fiberglass box with cutouts for knives, pliers and rigs.
