Per the seller the engine has a vibration at 1100 RPM. He has been told that it is typical of a small 4-cylinder diesel engine. There is no vibration at lesser or greater speeds. There is an intermittent leak through the deck around the anchor winch. He believes a mounting bolt needs to be resealed.
