VESSEL WALKTHROUGH and ACCOMMODATIONS
PAIGE IV is a pristine, highly custom, one of a kind,Carolina built
convertible. The owner and his captain spent countless hours working
with the builder and Applied Concepts of Palm Beach to design a boat
that would be the ultimate fishing machine. She features a four
cabin-three head layout with a huge salon, functional galley and unique
dinette layout.
The Owner is an avid collector of antique art deco and has traveled extensively throughout France to source product for the boat. All the hardware is of an antique art deco design. The lighting fixtures in the master stateroom, the headboard and in the salon are genuine French art deco antiques.
Entering the salon from the cockpit mezzanine level you will find two large u-shaped sofa's to port and starboard with 2 marble coffee tables. The sofa seat back cushions raise vertically on gas struts for easy access to the large storage areas behind the cushions. Rod and reel storage is below the sofa seats and also in the salon overhead. The entertainment center with hidden pop-up 42" TV is to starboard and is built in to the aft bulkhead. When the TV is raised it can easily be viewed from all the salon and dinette seating with large hidden lure storage drawer underneath.
Moving forward and up one step is the aft facing galley with granite galley counters to port and starboard. To port is the recessed stove, stainless steel sink, built-in coffee maker, breakfast nook, microwave oven and storage cabinets. To starboard are the under counter sub-zero two-drawer refrigerator and freezer. The galley floors are stone. Throughout the galley there are many innovative touches including a hidden trash receptacle and custom dish and silverware holders.
Forward of the galley and on centerline is the large u-shaped dinette with matching granite table. It also has seatback cushions that raise to access storage and there is additional storage below the dinette seat cushions.
The salon floor is carpeted and the windows feature pleated blinds. The woodwork throughout the boat is satin teak and the headliners and walls are vinyl.
Access to the four forward cabins is via a stairway to starboard. The ship's electrical panels are located outboard and along the stairway as well as the entertainment center and closet for wet gear.
The VIP guest stateroom is forward and features a centerline queen bed with closet and drawer storage. Moving aft are matching HEADS with stall showers to port and starboard. Further aft are two port and starboard GUEST STATEROOMS with large upper and lower criss-crossing berths and closet and drawer storage. Aft is the MASTER STATEROOM with forward facing centerline queen bed with two nightstands. The MASTER HEAD is to port with stall shower and marble floors and counters. To starboard is a hanging closet and forward is the entertainment center, under which is a large marble desk, file cabinets and custom swing seat
The COCKPIT is arranged with the flybridge ladder in the center with a custom rocket launcher attached. There is a huge stainless steel in-deck fishbox which is centerline and access to it is behind the flybridge ladder. Access to the Lazarette area is through two custom built Freeman type watertight hatches to port and starboard. The starboard mezzanine seating level above the cockpit has a large refrigerator in the seat and a freezer below the deck. To port is the huge live bait well, dry storage and tackle locker.
ENGINE ROOM access is through a centerline hatch from the cockpit with a ladder down to a soundproof engine room door. The engine room is quite roomy and everything is easily accessible.
The FLYBRIDGE with fiberglass hardtop features a centerline console with teak helm pod and single lever controls. An electronics console raises electrically and an additional electronics box lowers from the hardtop. There are three Release Marine helm chairs.
