- Main Engines - Port and starboard exhaust elbows, mixers, and spray rings replaced; new raw water pumps; all engine and gearbox mountings replaced with new Vulkan mounts; new Vulkan couplings; full engine, coupling, gearbox, and shaft alignment.
- Running Gear - Shafts removed, straightened, and sleeved where necessary; props inspected and reconditioned; all 6 cutlass bearings replaced and aligned; transmissions lifted, bushings replaced.
- Stabilizers - Both fins removed for service, reseated, and tested; bearings, seals new on both sides. Encoder and brake wiring connectors replaced on port side motor.
- Generators - Major top-end rebuild (Sept 2024); new exhaust hoses; both raw water pumps replaced; starter and ground loop solenoids replaced and relocated for easy access; fuel priming pumps installed.
- Pumps & Valves - Sewage and scupper pumps overhauled; seven thru-hull valves replaced; crash pump exhaust replaced; sewage Vulkan gauge replaced.
- Other Systems - Jets pumps stripped and fully serviced; numerous mechanical and electrical upgrades by specialist contractors.
Performance & Maintenance Status
- Main engines at ~4,250 hrs with last major M1/M2/M3 service (Sept 2024) including 7 injectors replaced on starboard engine. Borescope inspection showing cylinders, valves, and seats in excellent condition. Heat exchangers cleaned.
- Generators serviced every 250 hrs; last major rebuild Sept 2024; both running smoothly with planned injector pump testing due Sept 2025.
