Built at the BENETEAU facility in France, she's the 259th edition of this popular model and the CHIAIOLELLA was delivered to her one .. and only .. Owners .. in the Spring of 2001.
With her Navy Blue ALEXSEAL topsides refinish in 2013, the CHIAIOLELLA has obviously had the best of care over the years. She's been lightly-used .. and updated .. since "Day One" and she has always been maintained at one of our BREWER yacht facilities as well. With her center cockpit design and cutter rig configuration for her headsails, the Oceanis 40 CC is one of the easiest larger cruising sailboats for a light crew to manage for comfortable & safe cruising.
The CHIAIOLELLA is aggressively-priced for her market range and is certainly in superb condition too. Given the Oceanis 40 CC features that do appeal to cruising sailors, she's certainly worth a look and consideration on that basis alone! With her present upper Hudson River location for the past Winter's storage, this Spring the CHIAIOLELLA is available for viewings upon request and appointment.
