4 out 8 keel bolts need to be replaced.
The upholstery is good condition and there are no cracks. The interior wood is in good shape and everything works as it should, the owner confirms.
Newer navigation and electric anchor.
The engine is newer 2018 and more pictures to come.
Also the AC is a 2019 model. Documentation is on the boat.
