34 Back Cove – Cape Harbour Marina Office:

This 2012 34 BC is a good looking down east style boat with a spoon bow a reverse transom and an advanced prop pocket hull design. She is powered with a single upgraded Cummins QSB5.9 480 HP electronic engine w/ BTS control with 62 hours. She has a full set of electronics along with a bow and stern thruster.

Swim Platform & Cockpit.
The 34 BC has a swim platform with an under mount swim ladders. She has a nice fairly deep cockpit that is covered by an aft drop curtain from the hardtop to the transom. In the cockpit is access to the fuel tank and fuel shut of valve and hand pump to manually open the engine hatch. The cockpit has a molded transom seat with good storage under it, there is also a removable aft facing cockpit seat a cockpit shower. Both side of the cockpit have molded steps for ease of boarding the vessel.

Engine Access.
The engine hatch is incorporated into the dinette seating area, the hatch opens by electric/hydraulic linear actuator. The engine room is pretty impressive with lots of room to get around the 480 HP Cummins. The 5KW Onan gen is in a sound shield and has 61 hours on it. In the engine room is a Xantrex 40 amp charger, Xantrex 1800 invertor a Pro Safe F60 galvanic isolator.   A Reverso oil change system, 4D GEL house batteries and engine starter batteries.

The Upper Cockpit.
This area is enclosed by the hardtop and three piece drop curtain that is in fantastic condition. The upper cockpit has two A/C vents with humidifier and heat. The dinette is to the left with a high gloss table top, the dinette will convert into a berth. Forward of the dinette is a forward facing seat with a foot rest and chart station.   The side windows under the hard top will slide open and the forward center windshield will also open, the center windshield has wipers with a fresh water system. In the upper helm area is an Isotherm Ice Maker, two Isotherm stainless steel slide out AC/DC fridges with freezer compartments. The galley has a two burner cooktop, solid surface counter top with sink a built in microwave and pull out draws and storage under the counter. The Helm. The helm chair is a Stidd series helm chair. The wheel is Stazo wood grain wheel. You have a single lever electronic control. For electronics there is a Garmin GPS Map 7215, GHC10 Auto Pilot, Garmin VHF and Ritchie compass. Side power Bow and stern thruster and a Cummins smart craft monitoring display.

Cabin.
In the cabin is beautiful Cherry finish with a Teak and Holy laminated sole. To the left is L-shape seating that will convert into a second berth with storage under it and a pull around privacy curtain. Forward is the owner’s inline double berth with draws and storage below. To the right in the cabin is a cedar lined hanging closet and on the port side of the cabin is shelf locker with pull out draws. The is a Toshiba TV and the electrical panel The head is also on the starboard side with a separate stall shower with bi-fold door and a molded seat with storage under it. The head has a privacy door and on the side is a full length mirror. In the head is solid surface countertop a built in vanity with sink.

Deck and Topside.
The 34BC has a good walk around and good grab rails. A good solid 316L bow rail, There are six port lights and three forward deck Lewmar hatches along with two hatches for the hardtop. The Quick windlass has foot controls.
