This beautifully maintained motor yacht is an authentic built down easter lobster boat hull that is seaworthy and fitted with amenities for comfortable cruising, day trips, or fishing. With only three foot of draft and eleven foot air draft, she is ready to explore shoal rivers and bays, as well as off shore islands.
This 2004 model, hull number nine, was built with exceptional care and craftsmanship by Atlas Boat Works in Cape Coral, Florida. Her Yanmar 315 HP diesel engine cruises economically at a hull speed of 7.5 knots @ 2 gallons per hour, or design cruising speed of 15 knots @ about 7 gallons per hour. Maximum speed is 22 knots. Her two, one hundred gallon fuel tanks and sixty gallons of fresh water provide a long cruising range. A Side Power 4hp bow thruster makes maneuvering in the tightest places safe and easy. Her Sealand vacuum flush head uses about a pint of fresh water per flush, is odor free, and with the 20 gallon holding tank, provides many days between pump outs. She has a spacious forward cabin fitted with a queen size island berth, hanging locker, drawers, and other generous storage space. The head includes a full size, enclosed shower, counter with vanity sink, and lockers for linen and toiletries storage. The main cabin features a comfortable and completely instrumented helm station including VHF DSC radio, radar, autopilot, Garmin chart plotter, a settee with large storage area beneath, a dining table, a 120/12 volt refrigerator with freezer compartment, a two burner electric counter top stove, and a microwave oven. The spacious after cockpit provides comfortable seating for three or four deck chairs. A Northern Lights 5.6 KW diesel generator furnishes power to the galley and a 12,000 BTU reverse cycle heating and air conditioning system when shore power is not available.
