This 1985 Cal 44 "Seaclusion" is the perfect roomy, fast cruiser that can be bought on with a limited budget but will take you anywhere you want to travel.
The Cal 44 will be ready to take her new owner where-ever.. Many mechanical upgrades were done to facilitate life on board and confined handling: Yanmar diesel replaced the original Westerbeke engine; cutlass bearing; Cruisair air-conditioning/reverse cyle (heat): 16 btu & 7 btu; SeaFrost refrigeration/freezer; and a Solar array with upgraded controllers. She also has an Ideal anchor windlass w. foredeck foot control and remote.
