The hull of the PB65 benefits from 100% vinylester resins and a cross-linked, closed-cell foam core for ideal durability and breathtaking performance. Palm Beach's monocoque construction bonds all bulkheads and fixed interior furniture directly to the hull and deck, producing optimum balance and stiffness. A very fine entry, the racing-honed warped-V hull, and exceedingly low center of gravity deliver incredible cruising efficiency, speed and smoothness.

- Hull is vacuum-infused E-Glass with carbon fiber in structural areas, cored with Corcell® and Airex® foam, stitched multi-axial fabric, and vinylester and epoxy resins. The deck and superstructure are fully-infused carbon fiber
- All bulkheads and fixed furniture are structurally bonded to the hull and deck for superior strength and rigidity
- All exterior strength steel fittings are 316 marine grade stainless steel
- Antifouling paint: epoxy primer with (2) coats of high-quality marine antifouling (sprayed application); color to owner’s specifications
- Propspeed foul release coating on all running gear
- Enclosed hardtop - infused carbon fiber with electric sliding windows (port, starboard & aft) using toughened glass
