The interior teak cabinetry and teak & holly sole of this Island Packet 45 are in very good condition. UltraLeather upholstery is found in the salon. Two large double staterooms, well separated for privacy, and each with its own head and shower, are separated by a large, comfortable salon that provides a great place for entertaining and relaxing. There is a large and accommodating forward-facing navigation desk/station in the salon. The owner's cabin is up forward and spans the entire beam of the boat. The double berth is offset with generous cabinetry on the port side. The anchor locker is accessible from the spacious forward head, and there is plenty of room to enjoy comfortable showers. The galley is large but secure, with non-skid surface for a firm foothold while underway.

The sheer line of the Island Packet 45 model may well be one of the best the builder has ever produced. This boat is certainly noticed wherever she goes. The hull gelcoat is ivory and the boot-stripe is dark navy blue. The Custom Dodger/Bimini is done in Sunbrella "Captain’s Blue" as are the sun-covers for the hatches. There are plenty of handholds on deck, including the pulpits at the mast.
