This Ericson 36 is the rare Ron Holland Edition, she has been well cared for and is ready to set sail!
Compared to the Ericson 38 this is a faster boat all around-it is lighter with better weight distribution-mainly because it was intended to be a true racer-cruiser, as opposed to the 38 which is more of a cruiser-racer. The biggest performance advantage will be in lighter air, but it is simply a more performance-oriented boat.
It has the simple and proven main cabin layout with settee berths on each side, making sleeping offshore more comfortable as you will be sleeping in the middle of the boat when offshore where the motion is easiest. She also has the forward V-berth and also a starboard aft berth for accommodations.
The cockpit has a generous layout to help keep you competitive while participating in the local regattas. All in all, the RH edition has what you need to be competitive and comfortable no matter how you choose to sail.
