The Sea Hunt 255 Ultra is a 24-foot-11-inch center console built to handle family days at the sandbar and serious fishing in the same outing. It carries an 8-foot-9-inch beam that runs well past the console, a shallow 14-inch draft suited to sandbar and skinny-water use, a 120-gallon fuel capacity, and a dry weight of 4,600 pounds. The hull uses a deep 55-degree entry at the bow that transitions to 24 degrees of deadrise at midship and 18 degrees at the transom, with a broken-shear design and pronounced Carolina flare that pushes spray away for a dry ride.

The 255 Ultra comes standard with a Yamaha 300 XSB2 and is rated to a maximum of 350 horsepower, with the Yamaha 350 added as a 2025 option. The wide chine-to-chine measurement gives a stable platform at rest and underway, and the flare carrying past the console increases bow volume so the boat feels larger than its 25-foot class. Tilt steering, fly-by-wire shift and throttle, and auto-retracting Bennett trim tabs are standard.

The helm sits under a glass-enclosed hardtop with a three-sided tempered-glass windshield and an electric vent. Standard electronics include a 12-inch Garmin display (with room to add a second), a Garmin VHF with DSC integrated to the plotter, and a Yamaha CL5 color touchscreen gauge. A JL Audio Media Master 105 head unit drives a six-channel 600-watt amp and six JL speakers, and a wireless phone charger sits at the dash. Two Ocean LED underwater lights, fore and aft spreader lights, and blue courtesy lighting are standard.

New for 2025 are dual side-entry doors on both port and starboard, making boarding from either side of a dock easier, plus a side-entry ladder with mounts on both sides and a fold-down dive ladder. The stern carries a wide rear bench, dual recessed VIP seats, walk-through transom, dual anchor storage, a 10-gallon recirculating live well, and oversized pull-up cleats shared with the larger 28 and 30 Gamefish models. The bow offers contoured spa-style seating with full wraparound bolsters, a removable bow filler cushion, a standard bow beverage center on a V-lock, dual 148-quart insulated fish boxes, and 188-quart in-floor storage. The console head has standing room for a six-foot adult, a porcelain pump-out toilet with holding tank and macerator, three-battery access, and hooks for wet gear. The boat canvas and boat covers stow neatly in the bow's insulated, draining kill boxes. Optional diamond-stitch upholstery is offered in white, tan, or gray. The factory does not offer a trolling-motor pre-wire, which is worth weighing if bow fishing is a priority.
