The Key West 210 Bay Reef, often listed as the 210 BR, is a bay boat built to fish hard while still carrying a family. Introduced in 2011, it was among the first bay boats to add a potty room under the console and flip-up jump seats sized for adults or kids. It rides on an 8-foot beam, is rated for seven people, and seats five or six adults comfortably for cruising or a day on the flats. Owners run it everywhere from skinny shallow water to roughly 20 miles offshore, and the foam-filled hull gives it a solid, sturdy feel underway.

Engine options run from a Yamaha 150 to a 175, with many boats rigged with a Yamaha 200 and a maximum rating up to 250 horsepower. A 150 puts top speed just under 50 mph, a 175 lands just over it, and with the right propping and the integrated transom pod the hull can exceed 60 mph. The 19-degree deadrise lets it run into choppy open-bay water without beating you up, and the padded running surface keeps the ride dry through chines that cut the spray down. The console carries a 9-inch Simrad GPS and depth finder, digital gauges, a Clarion or Fusion stereo with USB and auxiliary inputs, and a clean push-button switch panel. Hydraulic tilt steering, Yamaha controls, jack plate control, and Bennett electric trim tabs with LED position indicators are grouped at the helm so the captain manages everything in one reach. A 6-inch jack plate is standard, with a Power-Pole, Atlas jack plate, and underwater lights available as fitted equipment.

Fishing storage is the strong point. Two lockable rod lockers, one on each side of the front deck, each hold up to five rods to 7.5 feet, with under-gunnel rod racks for rods to 8 feet and rod tubes for fly gear up to 10 feet. There are two live wells, one forward and one aft, each with a dedicated pump and optional recirculation.
