Boat Features

The Azimut Grande line is the Italian builder's superyacht range, with exterior styling by Alberto Mancini and interiors by Achille Salvagni, and it spans models including the 26 metri, the 27, the 32, the 36 metri and the Trideck. The Grande 26M is the smallest model in the fleet and serves as a springboard into the superyacht sector. It measures 26.36 meters (86 feet 6 inches) with a beam of 6.3 meters and a draft of 2.05 meters, carries a gross tonnage of 130, and entered service in 2025 with a GRP hull and superstructure. Shoppers searching the Azimut Grande 26 for sale will find a five-cabin, ten-guest yacht with completely separate crew and guest flows.

Performance comes from twin MAN V12 engines rated at 1,550 horsepower, with 1,650-horsepower units available as an option. The quoted top speed is 28 knots with a cruising speed of 24 knots; on the water with the larger 1,650-horsepower engines the boat reached 30 knots, while a comfortable 22 knots at 1,900 rpm burned around 200 liters per hour per engine. The hull is versatile enough for long-distance cruising at 10 to 12 knots. The 26M is the first Azimut fitted with the ZF Pod 4600 drive, an aft-facing directional pod with counter-rotating propellers developed with ZF, optimized for efficiency in the 22-to-28-knot range and hybrid-ready for a future electric motor. A carbon-fibre superstructure roughly 30% lighter than comparable boats helps the 26M consume up to 20% less fuel than equivalent hard-chine planing yachts.

The 26M's signature feature is the Deck2Deck Terrace, an extension of the transom that folds up to reveal the tender garage and opens the cockpit into a walkaround dining terrace over the water. The master stateroom sits forward on the main deck with full-height windows, while four ensuite guest cabins on the lower deck (three doubles and a twin) complete the accommodation. The semi-raised pilothouse yields a maxi-fly upper deck with seating for around 25 people, a bar and dining for eight to ten. The inner helm has triple multi-function displays and an adjustable captain's seat; hulls have been delivered with gyroscopic and fin stabilizers plus a Humphree trim-tab system.

The Azimut Grande 36 metri is a larger tri-deck superyacht measuring 116 feet with a beam near 25 feet, powered by a pair of MTU engines rated at 2,200 or 2,400 horsepower. Its layout stacks a beach club at the transom, a main-deck owner suite, an open-plan saloon with full-height windows, an upper deck with a fire pit and gym, a flybridge sun deck with bar, and a foredeck hot tub. Bespoke Salvagni furniture, mixed marble, teak, leather and carbon-fibre detailing run throughout, with twin fold-out wing helm stations on the bridge deck.

The Azimut Grande Trideck is a semi-displacement model measuring 35.3 meters with a 7.5-meter beam, 1.9-meter draft and gross tonnage of 279, built in GRP and driven by twin MTU shaft-drive engines for a top speed of 22 knots and an 18-knot cruise. The Azimut Grande Trideck range is 1,400 nautical miles at 12 knots from 19,000 liters of fuel, with CMC stabilizers active underway and at zero speed. It sleeps ten guests across five cabins and six crew in four cabins, features an infinity sky deck with retracting glass and a foredeck infinity pool, and stows a Williams 505 jet tender in the aft garage.
