Proceeding aft to port is a head with a new port-a-potty and across from the head is a vanity. Aft and port is the U âshape salon, with seating for six. Teak table can be lowered to accommodateadditional sleeping for two. Settee is across from the salon. Aft and port from the salon is a secured galley with new stainless steel double sink with pressure water, new Sanyo 4 cu ft 110 ac refrigerator and new 2 burner electric stove. All counter tops are new stainless steel. Engine location is centerline to the companionway with quarter berth and navigation station to starboard of the companionway. All teak and holly flooring is new. Lots of teak woodwork appearing to be in nice condition. All upholstery appears to be in good shape. Many new lights and new Nicro solar vents. Sleeps 6. Headroom accommodation is 6' 2".
