The 252SD was the top of Yamaha's 25-foot lineup and there is a lot to like about these boats. Twin 1.8L Yamaha High Output engines give it plenty of power while still keeping everything simple and easy to own. Yamaha's DRiVE system uses paddle controls behind the steering wheel for forward and reverse at docking speeds, making one of the biggest 25-foot boats Yamaha offered surprisingly easy to maneuver around the dock.
At the helm you get Yamaha's Connext touchscreen controlling the boat's systems, stereo, cruise control and No Wake Mode. The cockpit and bow are both extremely roomy with a ton of seating and storage, and the stern is still one of the best parts of any Yamaha. The large two-level swim platform gives you a great place to hang out at anchor, and the factory swim-up seats mount off the back of the boat so you can actually sit in the water.
This boat shows normal wear from use, but with only 101 freshwater hours it has a lot of life left in it. It has been serviced, comes with the trailer and cover, and is ready to hit the water without having to chase down a bunch of missing equipment.

Despite maintaining an 8-foot 6-inch beam, the Yamaha 252SD extends its dimensions outward to create a surprisingly spacious cockpit area. The cockpit features 37 inches of space between seats and a depth of 37 inches, enhancing both comfort and safety. On the starboard side, a refreshment center equipped with a marine mat surface, beverage holders, and expandable table adds convenience. The upholstery is heavy-duty with multiple tones, bead welting, and robust stitching, designed to endure marine conditions. Additional amenities include grab handles, storage nets, multiple speakers including a subwoofer on the port side, and the option to swivel the forward chairs to increase seating flexibility.
