60' | Wylie 60 World Cruiser | 1996
"Roxanne" is a custom built 60' aluminum-hulled cruiser with a composite deck. She was designed by the world famous marine architect, Tom Wylie, in conjunction with her commissioning owner. Since being built she has been cruised extensively throughout the Pacific and was only a few minutes behind the double-handed Pacific Cup (SF to HI) race record. She effortlessly completes 200nm days while cruising at speed in comfort and will surf at over 20 knots of boat speed.
She has sleek clean lines and a tapered bow with "sugarscoop" transom. There is great light and visibility throughout the boat with 7 large stylish lexan windows extending the length of the hull on both sides and a 360- degree view through the tempered glass windows on the hard top dodger.
This is one of the most impressive boats around and it is over engineered to perfection and built to the higheststandards. She has two watertight bulkheads making the boat virtually unsinkable. Every detail was considered and lots of thoughtful solutions implemented from the large cockpit, carbon fiber retractable dodger to the cockpit table and overall layout of the boat. This boat checks all the boxes and turns heads where ever she goes.
