Constructed by Willard Marine to serve as a US Military personnel and cargo transport this 50' Fiberglass round bottomed beast originally carried upwards of 142 men plus a crew of 4. Powered by a Detroit Diesel 671N produces 160 horsepower and a cruise speed of 10 knots at full load displacement. The engine was top end built by Strike Marine with numerous parts replaced with new. Modifications to the cockpit structure were done which included a new Helm Station and onboard Head Facility. The Helm has been protected by the fabrication of an aluminum T-Top, Eisenglass Forward Windscreen and leanest/bench seat. A perfect vessel for tours, water taxi service and even a dive boat with her new dive ladder and swim platform. Additional boarding areas include port and starboard entry adjacent to the raised helm with rail guided steps to the seating areas both forward and aft as well as railing assist at the bow for boarding. Ready to go ready to utilize this dependable battle tested transport exemplifies the term "Utility."
