This Ted Brewer design is sought after because of the lovely and practical design. This particular Whitby 42 was purchased as a project boat in 2011, completely stripped out and lovingly re-done by her knowledgeable owners, with the help of professionals when needed. There are about 600 hours on the rebuilt engine, all wiring and plumbing has been replaced as well as standing rigging and most running rigging. Some notable updates include: new aluminum fuel tanks, New Onan 5Kw generator (< 100 hrs, 3 years left on warranty), Frigoboat keel-cooled refrigeration, all new ground tackle, Lewmar electric windlass and much, much more! You will not find a finer Whitby 42 on the market, just look at the photos! Northern Phoenix took her family on a year long cruise to the Bahamas and is now ready for new owners.

Completely redone galley with counter tops, extra thick insulation on fridge, and freezer.

All new electrical throughout, wires labeled, new panels, AC outlets with USB chargers built in. 

Electronics center with TV, USB and HDMI connections and WiFi booster.

Custom salon table, all interior brightwork is done perfectly, overhead repainted. Many custom changes to the interior such such as shelving, storage, etc.

All hatches redone and include screens and shades.

Center fuel tank removed and two smaller tanks added.

Aft cabin includes custom made canvas screen mid-berth allowing for separate sleeping, great for kids!

All new engine room with electrical, plumbing, insulation, PSS shaft seal, everything has been redone.

Seacocks redone, some moved for better access.

All standing rigging is new.
