WATERFORD is a one-of-a-kind custom vessel ready for her new owners. This very rare one owner custom motor yacht (first time on the brokerage market!) The vessel had a major refit in 2016 making her ready for her next sea going adventure. She has been re- powered with Twin CAT C-18, and a hull extension in 2015 / 2016. "Waterford" was designed by the award winning Ward Setzer Design Group.
"Waterford," a beautifully maintained 109' 2001 Sovereign RPH, she is ready to make unforgettable memories with her new owner. This classic, four-stateroom yacht offers everything you could desire in a traditional vessel, making it an ideal choice for luxurious cruising. The highly desirable refitted Twin Cat C-18 engines, (fuel efficient) two 55kW Kohler generators, triple SeaKeeper Gyro Stabilizers ensure she's fully turnkey and ready for extended cruising.
From the spacious aft deck with its custom teak table and U-shaped seating to the elegant main salon filled with natural light, every inch of this yacht is designed for comfort and style. The on-deck master suite offers privacy, while the three additional guest staterooms below ensure all guests have plenty of space to relax. The flybridge is the ultimate entertainment hub, complete with a bar, hot tub, and ample seating for alfresco dining under the stars.
With an "On-Deck" master and office stateroom, Caterpillar power, top-of-the-line electronics, a well-equipped galley, and dedicated crew quarters, "Waterford" is a remarkable blend of luxury, performance, and practicality. "Waterford" won a Super Yacht Society's Design Award in 2001. The vessel was custom ordered and built by a highly experienced Yachtsmen who is a former USA Naval Officer Veteran.

Here you will find a large full beam VIP suite which has makeup vanity and closet to starboard and then the ensuite with his and her sinks with a large shower to port. The two other guest rooms are identical staterooms both with queen size beds. Each stateroom has own ensuite. The lower guest foyer offers plenty of storage including two full size wine fridges.
The pilothouse is located up a few steps off of the main deck foyer. There is one large captain seat as well as an L- shaped bench with a teak table for guests to join the captain while underway.
