Viking /Gulfstar defined cruising luxury and sophistication with the introduction of the 63 Motor Yacht in the late 80s. Boasting a 4 stateroom layout with 3 heads , interior features a roomy salon with formal dining area forward, very impressive large master aft with walk in closet, gourmet galley with salon pass-thru. Note spacious standup engine room , enourmous fly bridge and wrap around seating and easy acess walk around decks. Powered by twin Detroit 8v92TA cruises at 16 but more efficiently at 11-12 knots for max diesel consumption.
The current Sellers have spent summers on LIV INN as a spacious live aboard in Hampton , NH and winters were on the hard winterized and shrink wrapped. LIV INN has been well maintained and treated with TLC by its current owners, much attention to upkeep with many upgrades as noted below . The sellers are making LIV INN available due to their relocation .
Forward is a spacious pilothouse with lower helm with full bench seating, and side doors which provide access to the foredeck and side decks. The dining room features L shape seating and chairs with seating for 8+. Wet bar/Wine Rack with lighted storage.
The full size galley with pass-through to dining room and pilot house is equipped with full size refrigerator/freezer, built in wall oven, microwave oven, newer trash compactor, Corian counter tops, deep double sinks. Neutral color cabinets with plenty of storage.
