The current Sellers have spent summers on LIV INN as a spacious live aboard in Hampton , NH and winters were on the hard winterized and shrink wrapped. LIV INN has been well maintained and treated with TLC by its current owners, much attention to upkeep with many upgrades as noted below . Forward is a spacious pilothouse with lower helm with full bench seating, and side doors which provide access to the foredeck and side decks. The dining room features L shape seating and chairs with seating for 8+. Wet bar/Wine Rack with lighted storage.
