One owner since new!

Sea Apple, is a very clean and well maintained non fished New England vessel owned by a seasoned Yachtsman who is retiring from boating. The vessel shows very well, engines just completed their 2000 Hr service from a Man certified company, makes this 53' a turn key condition from the engine room to the hardtop. This 53' was stored since New indoors except this year! No disappointments when you come and preview this pampered Viking 53'.

Accommodations

Sea Apple; is a model year 1998 with the conventional 3 stateroom two head layout. As you enter the salon from the sliding door there is a large L shapped settee to port with storage below, a built in end table with 2 drawers and a end table. Across on the starboard side as you enter the salon is cabinetry that house's the vessel's electrical panels in addition to the entertainment system, and finally the wet bar with liquor storage below. Forward to starboard is the large L shaped dinette with storage below the seat cushions. Above the dinette is a large LCD TV with a double door that houses the Sharp carousel Microwave next to the TV. There are sheer white Hunter Douglas window treatments.

Master Stateroom

The Master stateroom is located amidship to starboard side. There is a walk around center line Queen berth with matching end tables and lamps with 2 drawers in each table. In addition to the the drawers below the bed there are a row of drawers and cabinets along the hull side of the stateroom along with a stand up cedar lined closet. Opposite to the stand up locker there is a vanity with small stow away seat below with mirror and single storage drawer. Above is a cabinet for the 13" JVC TV and Panasonic VHS. Forward is the master en suite head with a large shower stall, glass medicine cabinet, one piece White Corian counter top/sink and the 2 door storage cabinet below the countertop. There is a VacuFlush head system with holding tank.

VIP Stateroom

The VIP is forward and has a raised centerline berth with 2 large drawers and a cabinet door for additional storage. One each side of the staterooms there are double door hanging storage cabinets. In addition there are two large cedar lined closets. There is a built in 13" TV in the stateroom. Located to port as you enter the VIP from the companionway is the vessel's laundry locker with stacked Kenmore Heavy Duty Compact washer and dryer units. There is a shared head with the guest stateroom. There is similar to the master en suite head with a Corian one piece white counter top with mirrored medicine cabinet, a 2 cabinets vanity and VacuFlush head and shower stall.

Guest Stateroom

The guest stateroom is located across from the Master and has upper and lower bunks with a full length Cedar lined closet and drawers below the lower bunk. Galley The galley is located forward to Port and is a large open area in a angled configuration with a full size refrigerator freezer, white Corian counter tops with the one piece matching sink along with a concealed 2 burner glass cooktop with the Corian cover top. Across next to the salon TV are double doors that house a Sharp Carousel Microwave. Below the counter tops are an array of drawers and deep storage cabinets. As you walk from the galley to the stairs leading to the staterooms there is a large pantry storage area behind the refrigerator which offers very generous additional storage.
