"My Turn" is the last great Viking 44� double cabin motor yachts built by Viking Yachts and will make a very comfortable livaboard. She is built on a modified V hull and is a fast, comfortable cruising motor yacht. She has two fiberglass hard tops, a modified and enlarged swim platform enabling easier and safer access to the stern lines, electrical and water connections. On the lower hard top there is a davit and an 11� 2017 Mercury 300 Dinghy. She is powered by twin Detroit 6-71 TIB diesels that were majored approximately 500 hours ago (no invoices for the overhaul are available). She offers two staterooms with two full heads that both have stall showers. The main salon is fitted with custom leather furniture. The interior Teak and cabinets are in great condition There is good living space for a 44� boat. The galley kitchen area features a large dinette, full galley with upgrades including convection microwave, large refrigerator and good storage. A washer/dryer unit is concealed next to the galley.
