Broker Comments

A good condition 41 Viking that appears to have been well maintained over the years. The current owner is the 3rd owner and the party he purchased her from owned her for 30 years and kept her on a lift in his backyard so, for 30 years, she was basically stored out of the water on the lift. The original owner purchased the boat when it was 4 years old.  Original generator was replaced and newer unit has 1629 hours use. There are 2772/2745 hours showing on engine hourmeters.  This boat represents a good opportunity to own a quality built Convertible under in the under $100K price range.  She is in good overall shape inside and out especially considering she is 34 years old.  Will she need some updates/repairs ?  Don't they all ! !

She will make a great fishing, cruising or potential great looper for her new owners  AND in an affordable price range ! !  Owner has 3 boats, this one in Florida and 2 more up north and he has decided to be a northern boater for the next couple of years.  Good opportunity in the size/price range ! !
