“KAIMI PONO” (HIN: CG 41313) is an extremely well maintained 41’ USCG Utility boat used exclusively by the US Coast Guard for rescue, towing and patrols. A workhorse of a vessel, her design consists of a raked stem, deep vee forward with hard chines aft, flush foredeck, raised cabin with inside helm, open aft deck, and a square transom. All welded aluminum hull with aluminum bulkheads and built-ins, 2" x 3" x 1/4" angle frames at 24" intervals w/ a fiberglass cabin thru-bolted to the deck, aluminum deck covered with non-skid She is the upgraded design powered by a Cummins 340hp Diesel and will cruise very economically at 18 knots. This boat is extremely clean, incredibly stable and would make a fantastic recreational fishing boat or an outstanding crew boat.
