The current owner purchased the yacht as a beach accommodation and has utilized it accordingly. The yacht is in excellent condition and includes a transferable rental slip at approximately $600 per month. With the engines repaired, the yacht's value could be around $40,000. Viewings of the yacht can be arranged by appointment, provided funds are verified. The owner just had the bottom scraped and new anodes added to the vessel 11-2024.
