The Triton Ambush 18 is a versatile utility boat designed with practicality in mind, catering to duck hunters, fishermen, or those who enjoy both activities. Emphasizing durability and functionality, this boat combines rugged construction with thoughtful features to meet the demands of outdoor enthusiasts.
Exterior Design and Construction
The Ambush 18 features an all-welded aluminum hull that contributes to its toughness without significantly increasing its weight, which stands at a modest 958 pounds. The interior is coated with a durable spray-on liner similar to those used in pickup truck beds, providing a non-skid surface and added protection against scratches and impacts. This liner is available with an optional camouflage pattern, which can be applied either to the liner itself or directly onto the aluminum. The boat’s design allows it to be run up onto beaches or rocky shorelines without concern for damage.
Functional Layout and Storage
At the bow, a lockable glove box includes integrated drink holders within the lid, and the boat is pre-rigged for a trolling motor installation.
