The Targa V20WT from Tracker Boats represents the largest welded aluminum deep V hull in the company's lineup, measuring 20 feet 2 inches in length. Designed as a versatile multi-species fishing boat, it is built to handle a variety of waterways and challenging conditions. The boat’s layout and features are primarily focused on angling, providing ample space and equipment to support fishing activities.
Exterior Design and Deck Layout
The Targa V20WT features a thoughtfully designed exterior with high freeboard and wide side decks that enhance both safety and storage capacity. The bow area includes two tackle drawers and a port-side switch panel for trimming the outboard motor and controlling the forward livewell, complemented by a 12-volt power outlet. Access to the trolling motor foot pedal is provided through a hatch in the bow, while an LED light is mounted forward to port. Four pedestal-mounted seats are installed, two of which are movable and one capable of 360-degree rotation, allowing anglers flexibility in seating arrangements. Bow storage includes a locking locker to starboard and a 19-gallon livewell to port with a dedicated bait bucket compartment. The full-height walkthrough windshield is framed in aluminum, facilitating easy passage between bow and cockpit.

Acceleration tests showed the boat planing in 3.5 seconds, reaching 20 miles per hour in 4.9 seconds and 30 miles per hour in 6.7 seconds. Maneuverability was excellent, with tight circle turns and agile slalom passes handled confidently.
