"Mimosa" is a clean, well-maintained 2007 39 Tiara Sovran. Mimosa is powered with IPS 500 D6 diesel motors with 865 hours on them as of (11-6-2024) with Volvo IPS-B PODs. All maintenance on the POD's and Volvos is up to date, all upgrades and servicing has been performed by a local authorized Volvo dealer. This Sovran continues the Tiara Yachts tradition of quality and engineering that takes full advantage of Volvo IPS technology - including the new IPS joystick control for superior handling, noise and fume reduction, and fuel efficiency. The full complement of IPS technology delivers 360-degree direction control at your fingertips. By utilizing the space advantages of the IPS drive in a single stateroom layout, Tiara Yachts designers have been able to open up the salon and increase the size of the head, including a full-frame door and stall shower. The extra space is also put to practical use in a step-down "theater" lounging area. The 3900 Sovran is a uniquely livable single-stateroom floor plan that's ideal for cruising. Its living space is well thought out and fitted out with traditional Tiara Yachts attention to quality, seaworthiness and lasting value.

On the transom is a 48" swim platform with concealed telescopic swim ladder, a handheld transom shower with hot and cold water, a freshwater wash down along with a raw water washdown. In the transom is a transom trunk storage compartment with fiberglass liner with solid a fiberglass door. Port side on the transom is the 50-amp shore power with Glendening cable recoiler. Starboard side on the transom is a transom entry gate that leads on to the lower cockpit. In the lower cockpit is a wrap-around lounge with a removable table, this area will also convert into a sun pad. The boat's battery isolator switches are very easy to locate. In the aft cockpit sole is the engine room inspection hatch and for full engine room access the entire lower cockpit sole will lift, allowing very easy access to the engine bay. When not in use the aft cockpit can be covered and protected with the aft drop curtain. Separating the lower cockpit and the upper cockpit are two drop down curtains.

Starboard side in the upper cockpit are the fridge and wet bar with cup holders. Port side is a curved companion seat with table, forward of the seat are a stereo, cup holders and chart holder. The salon door is a center line, sliding tinted acrylic door with bug screen and to the right of the sliding door is the hinged helm and an electrically actuated Captains seat. , toggle switches are like new. There is the Volvo Penta joystick, a wood wheel and two AC panels. The upper cockpit and helm are covered by a stylish custom composite hardtop that is integrated into a composite windshield with tempered safety glass, eliminating any canvas between the top of the windshield and hard top. Built into the windshield is an electric center line windshield vent and there are three windshield wipers.

INTERIOR, OWNERS BERTH AND GALLEY:

You enter the salon down teak companion way steps with a safety rail. The salon is roomy and comfortable with teak veneer finish. Aft in the salon and on the starboard side in an entertainment room with two sofas and a flat screen TV. The salon sole is a beautiful solid teak and holy sole that is in great condition. Aft on the port side will be the head with a solid privacy door with a teak and holy sole. In the head you are going to see a fiberglass stand up stall shower, Vacu flush toilet, clear glass sink and a medicine cabinet. Just forward and on the same side in the salon is the salon sofa with a nice teak and birds-eye maple high gloss table. Running along the hull side above the sofa there are storage cabinets. The owner's berth is forward through solid sliding teak doors, port and starboard in the berth are hull side storage cabinets, you will notice two cedar-lined hanging closets. The room is climate-controlled and has two recessed reading cabin lights. The bed is an inline bed, easy to make, easy to get in and out of, with storage under it and drawer storage below.

Tiara Yachts are well known for the custom diamond pattern nonskid deck surface. Unashamed has a 48" swim platform with a deadrise of 14.5 degrees. The underwater through hull fitting and seacocks are bronze. Along the hull there are a total of 5 stainless steel recessed portlights, molded hull side engine room ventilators. Forward on the foredeck are 2 cast aluminum deck hatches. You will notice that the pulpit is molded into the hull with stainless steel roller, also mounted on the pulpit is an ACR RCL remote bow light. Running down each side of the hull is a one-piece stainless steel 316L bow rail. On the foredeck is a Maxwell windlass with flush mounted foot controls and a flush mounted anchor locker with a washdown. For the sun lovers there are removable sun pad cushions with cup holders that are in great condition.

The lower cockpit sole can be lifted to access the pair of maintained Volvo diesels model # D6 370 KA with maintained and upgraded Volvo IPS model # IPS-B (serial numbers are available).

There is also a day/inspection hatch for an easier visual inspection of the engine room while under way. The engine bay is roomy, fairly easy access to the vessel's battery banks. Both Volvos have recently had the alternators replaced. Unashamed travels with spare props. The generator is upgraded to accommodate for the bridge AC and in an 11.5KW Onan.
