Navigation is made simple with the Garmin 16" touch display and secondary Raymarine E120 plotter. Boat handling is as easy as it gets with the Volvo joystick coupled with the upgraded Volvo 370HP/500 pod drives showing 579 hours. The cockpit is kept cool with 2 Dometic reverse heat/AC systems with new upgraded controls located next to the helm seat!! Cabin climate is also controlled with 2 more Dometic reverse heat/AC systems.
The aft deck/lounge area is serviced by a cockpit refrigerator and Clarion stereo system. This boat also comes with the optional hydraulic swim platform that accommodates the included 10'5" 2012 West Marine tender with 15HP 4 stroke Mercury outboard motor. This is also controlled by a wireless remote that allows you to raise and lower the platform from the tender!! The 50 amp shore power cord is managed with a Glendinning cable master, again controlled from the swim platform. Finally there is a large storage area for lines, fenders and other needed boating supplies and equipment.
The accommodations level is a very inviting, open concept area. There are double sliding doors that open or close the master stateroom from the rest of the boat when privacy is desired or you wish to view the new flat screen TV while someone watches a different program in the salon. There is a sofa with table on the port side across from the galley. Aft of the galley is a sunken seating area that serves as the media area with a new flat screen TV and surround sound. Should you require more sleeping area, the owner has had custom cushions made to fill in the seating area creating a large bed for 2! The lower level is served with a head with separate shower stall. All areas located below are in the same PRISTINE condition as the rest of the boat!
When you are a way from the dock, shore power is provided by the fully serviced 13.5KW Onan generator with 1064 hours on it. This unit is located in the engine/machinery area located under the massive, hydraulically raised floor in the aft area of the boat. Your mechanic will love you when he sees the condition of this area!!! It has been completely detailed and painted (cleaned with a toothbrush!!!) and offers excellent access to all critical systems and maintenance/service points.
