"Celebration" is a very nice example of one of Tiara Yachts most popular models ever produced. This Tiara 38 Open has the Cummins 480CEs, which are some of the most powerful and fuel efficient every offered in the 38. The Tiara 3800 Open is fast, dry, stable, fuel efficient with a fantastic hull design to handle rougher sea conditions that keep similar sized vessels at the dock. The Tiara 38 Open is a straight inboard vessel with a solid glass hull bottom for near perfect weight distribution. The 38 Tiara requires little to no trim in calm sea conditions and runs at a much flatter and more comfortable attitude at planing speeds than many of its competition. There is very little bow rise during the transition from displacement to planing speeds, which is the sign of a well-designed hull.
"Celebration" has the very desirable Cummins 480CE diesels which are rated at 480 HP each. The 480CEs are electronically fuel injected, which are much more fuel efficient, quieter, with much better acceleration and is cleaner burning than the fully mechanical predecessors. With only 590 original hours on her engines, "Celebration" will provide many years enjoyment to her new owners. Don't let this fantastic deal pass you by!
"Celebration" was purchased in 2005 by an extremely knowledgeable yachtsman that has owned multiple Tiaras. It is extremely rare to find a one owner vessel of this age.

This Tiara 3800 Open has the more popular A-Plan arrangement which allows for a larger Master Stateroom, larger galley, larger dinette, and larger head & shower. The Plan A also has bulkhead and door to the Master Stateroom as opposed to the curtain in plan B.

Upon entering the cabin from the helm deck the large L-Shaped Galley is immediately to Port. The Galley is outfitted with a double Stainless sink and Grohe hand sprayer faucet, two burner recessed cooktop with cover, Panasonic microwave oven, Norcold double door refrigerator/Freezer and ample counter, cabinet, and drawer space. The galley is large enough with enough storage for longer cruising trips, which is rare in an express vessel of this size.
The large U-shaped dinette is immediately to Starboard with comfortable dinning for up to five adults. The dinette also converts into a double berth with a Pullman berth above. There is also ample storage below the dinette as well as overhead cubby storage for a wide variety of items including movies and books. An LCD TV is built-in over the Galley for direct viewing from the dinette. A Panasonic home stereo/CD/DVD player provides Stereo or CD music throughout the cabin and doubles as a DVD player for the TV.
The master is forward with Island Queen berth, large hanging locker and cavernous storage below the berth. While island queens have become common in vessels this size, it is unusual to have the island queen, large galley, convertible dinette, and head with separate stall shower all in a 38' vessel. Tiara is able to accomplish this because they do not include swim-platforms and bow pulpits in their hull measurement. This 38 Open is equivalent to other manufacturer's 43' yachts.
