Like the larger 3900 and 4300 Sovrans, the 3500 Sovran is designed to take full advantage of IPS including the IPS joystick control for precise handling, less noise, no exhaust fumes and greater fuel efficiency. The Volvo IPS Joystick control puts unmatched low-speed maneuverability at your fingertips. With a single movement of the IPS Joystick, you command the IPS propulsion units to respond in any direction. This gives you the power to maintain control of your 3500 during tight-quarter docking, coming about, reversing or even going straight sideways, all without the need for bow thrusters. Inside, Tiara designers have created a generously open space and a distinctive floor plan. The master stateroom is forward, complete with full-sized island berth, abundant storage and hanging lockers. The galley lies open to the generous and flexible salon. Aft on the port side is the wet head with separate vanity. Aft to starboard, the salon steps down to a lounging area that's ideal for unwinding with a movie, book or gaming for the kids or adults. This enjoyable area rivals entertainment centers of much larger yachts and can convert to berths for kids or guests.
