Great space in the helm with L-shaped settee to port; room for everyone to sit under cover. Cockpit seating aft with bench mezzanine; a great space for entertaining or fishing. The 3500 Open is a great cruiser and fishboat. Garmin 1kW transducer added for higher resolution fish finding capabilites.
Captain owned and maintained to high standards. Uptopia has been cared for properly with scheduled maintenance, service and repairs as needed. Cosmetics have been updated with a recently painted windshield frame, new dash, painted arch...she is well cared after by professional captain/owner.

Cummins diesel engines, 6BTA 5.9-M3's at 370 HP have approximately1420 hours on them and 780 on the 5kW Westerbeke generator. Electronics recently replaced with Garmin 4212, Garmin 1kW Transducer, Furuno Radar, Simrad Autopilot, and ICOM VHF.
