New to the market this 1998 Tiara 31 has been well cared for since purchased new by its owner.
OUR PLEASURE is a well appointed yacht with features including a newer hard top and enclosure, upgraded Garmin electronics, auto pilot, AC/heat and a new 5 kw generator (2014).This vessel has been yard maintained and the risers and manifolds were replaced in March.
The Tiara 31 Open offers a spacious layout that easily accommodates a cruising couple with one or two children or the occasional guest. The companionway steps open up to a large salon area with dinette seating and large dining table to starboard. On the aft bulkhead to starboard are all the electrical panels and controls. To port of the steps is the fully enclosed head with shower. Forward of the head is the very functional galley. Forward of the salon is a large owners berth.
