This extraordinary custom steel schooner originated from a George Sutton design which her owner modified from an aft to a center cockpit arrangement.  She is titled and listed as a 46’ yacht which is her LOD.  With her 10’ bow sprit she measures 56’ LOA.  Her LWL is 42’, and her air draft (bridge clearance) is 56’.

Her hull and deck were built by Dennis Schreiber, a highly regarded builder of steel vessels in St. Augustine, Florida.  His process of rolling the hull plating produced a fair hull with rounded bilges devoid of multiple hard chines.

The owner, a master mariner and accomplished carpenter, proceeded fitting and finishing the yacht to the highest standards.  Six different woods were used to create the exquisite interior joiner work - teak, maple, mahogany, ash, juniper, and cedar.  Where additional expertise was needed, other shipwrights were contracted.  All wiring was done to ABYC code by an ABYC certified electrician.  Mack Sails provided the sails and rigging.  Only the best equipment was sourced, including Technicold, Force 10, Ocean Breeze, Jabsco, Raymarine, Mack Sails, U.S. Spars, Profurl, Andersen, Lewmar, ABI, Ideal, Edson, Hynautic, Martek, and more.

The yacht is being sold complete with a 2014 AB 11’ RIB and Yamaha 20 HP four stroke outboard, all cookware, tableware, glassware, maintenance material, spare parts, manuals, and blueprints.
