WALKTHROUGH

FLUKE is a beautiful 2020 model Summit 54' motoryacht designed by Michael Peters and built to Kadey-Krogen high standards. 

The large integrated swim platform has an opening garage for a retractable grill with its own prep station and another large space for water toys, fenders, lines, etc., both easily open with the push of a button. Two (2) boarding gates to port and starboard provide access to the aft deck/cockpit which boasts a large U-shaped settee and teak yacht table. To port forward is an open bar area with two (2) integrated stools at the pass thru window to the aft galley inside. The large glass entry door and side windows bring these entertainment spaces together collectively.

The galley, lounge and salon area is wide open and gives the feel of a much larger space. The L-shaped galley to port is fully appointed and across to starboard is a comfortable settee with storage drawers below and teak table with extension leaf for dining. Forward of this settee is a bar area with integrated icemaker and further forward is a storage cabinet housing the 42” TV on a hidden lift. Up two (2) steps is the Lower Helm to starboard and elevated large U-settee to port with teak table. This helm has a double STIDD helmseat, full instrumentation, and starboard door for easy access to the side deck which assists with easy docking.

The lower deck features three staterooms and two heads with stall showers. The full-beam midships master stateroom boasts a walkaround king berth, exceptional storage, and private en suite head with stall shower. The VIP Guest Stateroom is forward and offers plentiful storage and private entry to the head that has additional access from the companionway. The 3rd Stateroom has a large single berth with storage below, dressing cabinet with mirror, (2) port holes and stacked Asko full-size washer and dryer behind vented doors. There are TV’s in each stateroom.

Her engine room is below the aft deck and is accessed via a hydraulic hatch and easy access ladder. This area has been well thought out to allow for ample space to inspect and service all components and systems. The lazarette serves as a central hub of the yacht’s electrical system, along with plentiful storage space.

The wide side decks lead to the foredeck on both port and starboard sides with nice high gunnels and oversized rails. Her foredeck features large reclining sunpads and a custom removable sun awning. There is a staircase to the flybridge from the starboard forward aft deck. The flybridge is expansive and protected from the sun by the  factory hardtop and tinted windscreen/deflector forward. To port is a refrigerator, teak table with extension leafs, and a tremendous amount of  seating with storage inside and larger very comfortable, inviting seating area which continues forward and around the front of the helm station to create a luxurious lounging area. Two (2) STIDD helmseats, full instrumentation and chart locker are forward of the flybridge helm. The Walker Bay center console tender with Honda 30hp 4-stroke outboard motor and Steelhead davit are aft on the flybridge.

AFT DECK/COCKPIT

The spacious aft deck is an exceptional space for entertaining with teak decking, large U-shaped settee, beautiful teak table, bar with two (2) integrated stools and full-size pass-thru window to galley located to port and a staircase with teak steps to her flybridge to starboard. Her large glass entry door with large side windows provide a seamless connection from the aft deck to the yacht’s interior. The enlarged swim platform is great for boarding, sunbathing, diving and can act as a tender storage area if desired (tender currently at aft flybridge). There are two (2) boarding doors in the cockpit sides to access the aft deck from either port & starboard as well as boarding gates from the swim platform. 

The swim platform has two (2) boarding gates to the aft deck. The swim platform also has these incredible features: a retractable grill with prep station and a large storage garage with hydraulic lifts for easy stowage/retrieval of fenders, lines, water toys, etc. that all hide away at the touch of a button.

 FLYBRIDGE

The flybridge area is extremely spacious and easily accessed from a wide staircase on the aft deck. A large settee is to port and continues forward, turning into a sun lounge forward of the helm station. There is a removable sun awning to convert to an additional sunbathing space. The helm is slightly offset to starboard with twin STIDD helmseats and a full navigation suite of electronics.

The aft area of the flybridge houses the Steelhead davit and tender.
