From the front deck and along the starboard side are stairs to the full length and width flybridge deck. Upper helm station forward, marble top U-shaped bar under an oversized welded aluminum cover with new 2025 solar panels, open area aft and hand rails all around.
The large galley features an island from port with cabinets beneath, bar top seating with four wicker bar stools, dining table with six chairs, large single basin sink, wine cooler, LG dish washer, Whirlpool trash compactor, Inverter Linear stainless front side by side refrigerator with two freezer drawers, LG electric stove and oven combination, built in LG microwave oven, oak wood cabinetry and gray Formica counter tops.
Sliding door to the front deck, lower helm station forward and to starboard along with the built in entertainment center. Directly to port is a large L-shaped leather covered sofa and a six-seat dining table.
The master suite is aft with a walk around king sized bed, plenty of storage, private head with full sized corner tub and separate stall shower. Guest stateroom with walk around queen sized bed, good storage. The second guest stateroom is accessed from the salon and features a queen berth and good storage. Both of these staterooms use the on-deck day head with a full shower.
The décor is oak paneling and cabinetry through out with a recently installed wood look composite floor, wood slat window blinds with curtains on the sliding doors to the decks.
Twin Mercruiser 5-liter 240HP fresh water cooled in board outboard engines with Mercruiser counter rotating outdrives, 1336 hours indicated Westerbeke 20KW gasoline generator, Sea Star steering, Micro Commander electric engine controls, upper and lower helm stations, Faria engine gauges, recently installed solar panels, Sidepower hydraulic bow and stern thrusters.

What a great opportunity for an extremely voluminous, well-built houseboat, with great entertainment spaces and comfortable accommodations. This was the dream boat of a retired couple but unfortunately health forces the sale far below market value.
