2020 Sumerset 77X18 houseboat is now available in a slip at Antelope Point Marina. The weeks are dependent on availability. Each owner on this boat will get 2 prime-season weeks, and 1 off-season week each year. The turnaround fee is $1730.00.
Each owner will have the cost of 1/5 of any bills accrued by the boat as a whole.
Our beautiful 2020 Sumerset houseboat has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite is luxurious in size. It contains a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms have queen size beds. The bathroom consists of a toilet and a nice walk in shower.
The kitchen on this boat has a giant pantry for all the groceries you may need for a weeks long vacation. It has beautifully done marble counter tops over light wood cabinetry. There is a large island in the center of the kitchen area that seats at least 6 people.
The main living area is on the front side of the boat. It has been wonderfully decorated by one of the owners on the vessel. The furniture selection is amazing and really brings out the beauty of this boat.
All the floors in the boat are a medium color wood grain laminate that accents the rest of the décor seamlessly.
